In the concept phase for Monis.rent, an office equipment rental service in Bali, we planned the new website. The goal was to create a platform where customers can reserve and book devices based on location. Communication was intended to be through the WhatsApp Business API, supported by a booking system with Stripe integration.

At the beginning, we conducted a five-day design sprint with the client to establish the project's foundations and define the key features.

A central goal was SEO optimization to place the website on the first page of Google. This ensured that the website is user- and search engine-friendly.

Wireframes improved the structure of the website and identified potential issues. SEO optimization was crucial to place the website on the first page of Google.

We use modern technologies:

• NextJS/ React for a reactive and performant user interface.
• Tailwind CSS for a responsive and modern design.
• Strapi for device booking.
• Webflow for web design.
• Twilio & WhatsApp Business API for automated communication.

Our approach was to keep things as simple as possible to avoid complexity and reduce costs. With tools like GitHub's Copilot, we optimized the development process and delivered the project on time and within budget.

Through this combination of technologies and a user-centered approach, we developed a website that not only looks good but is also functional and intuitive. The integration of Booqable and Stripe ensures a smooth booking and payment process, while Zapier and WhatsApp enhance communication.
