Our primary goal was to fully understand the customer's problem in order to then present an effective solution design in the design phase.
As one of the leading companies in the field of emergency call query systems in Germany, the development of a functional, unambiguous design was the focus for NOAS Emergency Call Query GmbH. A special focus was placed on user experience (UX), particularly on color selection.
Since colors like green and red (positive green can mean something bad) can have different meanings in medicine, we decided to use a neutral blue to avoid confusion and create clarity.
The project started agile in order to be able to react flexibly to the developing complexity. A first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was already completed after four months.
The technologies used, including Meilisearch for efficient data retrieval, Django, React, MUI, and various AI models, were specifically selected based on the specific requirements.
