In the design phase of the project for BRANDSTÄDT, we extensively dealt with the presentation of photographs. Our goal was to put the image in the foreground and let it speak for itself, while also serving as a project showcase for the clients. In doing so, we used state-of-the-art technologies to make the images appear more vibrant.

With Figma as our main tool, we have identified the users' problems and started visualizing the solution. The right design is crucial on the internet, as users decide within fractions of a second whether a website is appealing or unattractive. An essential part of this phase was reviewing and adjusting the Corporate Identity (CI) to ensure it is up-to-date and fits the solution. We believe in the principle of "Form follows function" and always strive to make our software as user-friendly as possible. In doing so, we strictly adhere to modern design systems like Material Design, which help make our websites recognizable and easy to use.

Since 70% of website visits come from mobile users, mobile design and responsiveness are always our top priority. We also always consider the target audience and ensure that the design matches the predefined personas. Our user journeys show how we guide the user through the website to ensure an optimal experience.

To make the images appear more vivid, we have used modern technologies. In this case, we have chosen Webflow. Webflow is a design and development platform that allows us to create responsive designs without having to write code. In this project, we have used Webflow to ensure a seamless and interactive experience, with the images at the center.

Our guiding principle in this project was to keep everything as simple as possible. We have repeatedly found that unnecessary complexity not only prolongs development times but also increases costs. To ensure the success of a project, we value user experience and use backward-looking approaches to identify the most suitable technology. With advanced tools like GitHub's Copilot, we continuously optimize our development processes, underscoring our commitment to efficiency and innovation.

The project was delivered on time and within budget. Our findings from the development phase have shown that simplicity and focus on user experience were crucial to the success of the project.
