We have developed a website for Horn Dachbau GmbH to effectively present their projects and create a trustworthy image for their clients. We used Figma for the design process during the development phase.

At the beginning, we explored and identified the users' problems. It was crucial to visualize the right design solution, as users on the internet decide within a moment whether a website is appealing or unattractive. An important part of this phase was reviewing and adjusting the Corporate Identity (CI) to ensure it is up-to-date and fits the solution. We believe in the principle of "Form follows function" and always strive to make our software as user-friendly as possible. In doing so, we strictly adhere to modern design systems like Material Design. Such systems help make our websites recognizable and easy to use.

As 70% of websites are visited by mobile users, we have prioritized mobile design and responsiveness. We also considered the target audience and made sure that the design aligns with the predefined personas. By creating user journeys, we were able to better understand and integrate the needs and expectations of the users into our design.

In the development phase, we relied on modern technologies such as Bootstrap CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery. Bootstrap CSS allowed us to create a responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes. HTML formed the backbone of the website, while JavaScript and jQuery provided interactive elements and a dynamic user interface.

Our guiding principle in this project was simplicity. We firmly believe that unnecessary complexity not only prolongs development time but also increases costs. To ensure the success of a project, we placed special emphasis on user experience. We have reverse-engineered our approach to identify the best possible technology. With advanced tools like GitHub's Copilot, we were able to continuously optimize our development processes, highlighting our dedication to efficiency and innovation.

Some interesting findings from the development phase were the importance of clear design and simple navigation. Thanks to the feedback from Horn Dachbau GmbH, we were able to ensure that the website meets their requirements exactly.

The project was delivered on time and within budget, which highlights our professionalism and reliability.
