Concept phase for UbiLearning Solutions GmbH

In the concept phase of our project for UbiLearning Solutions GmbH, we extensively dealt with the challenge of simplifying and bringing the student tutoring service online. The goal was to provide students with the opportunity to learn from human teachers through an app. To achieve this, we developed several web platforms, including an admin app, a platform for parents to book different packages, and a web interface for teachers.

Technologies and tools

For the concept phase, we relied on the technologies "Pen and Paper" and "Miro". "Pen and Paper" allowed us to quickly and flexibly sketch and visualize ideas, while "Miro" helped us organize and present these ideas in a digital format.

Understanding the end users

By creating user journeys, we were able to ensure that the client's business logic aligns with the users' needs.
